Description
Songket Putih Bertabur Punca Pucuk Rebung Tompok Kecupu is a sprinkled type of songket fabric. The motifs on the songket cloth are the roots of bamboo shoots and custard apple flowers that are woven sprinkled with relatively large flower sizes compared to the flower motifs on the Brunei songket cloth. The kecup flower motif woven using gold thread also gives a high value to the price of the fabric. The woven products from the D’Lima Songket community take at least 2-6 months to be fully completed.
