Job Description:

  • Research, analyse, execute and report all digital marketing strategies, including social media, PPC, email, etc. to achieve our marketing goal.
  • Immerse in Digital Marketing trends and brainstorm creatively for marketing strategies with the team.
  • Identify the trends of emerging technologies and analyse the ways to utilise technology to maximise the marketing strategy’s effectiveness.
  • Familiar with the market trends and analyse possible strategy that could be used for digital campaigns.
  • Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.
  • Supervising, analysing and advising to all forms of design works from designers to maintain consistency in branding and achieve the campaign’s objective.
  • Work closely with colleagues to devise a creative campaign that meets our marketing target and objective.
  • Work closely with colleagues on brand research and studies, conceptual development and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies.
  • Make pitches, along with other colleagues, to secure new business for the agency.
  • Possess good project documentation skill to ensure professionalism.
  • Work / liaise closely and effectively with the team and support various business units to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that communication flows effectively between departments.
  • Attention to detail and to push projects through.
  • A hands-on person and problem solver with excellent negotiation & project management skills.
  • Responsible for planning, monitoring, executing all projects and other related activities independently or as a team.
  • Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in decision-making situations.

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent experiences.
  • Able to read and write in Chinese & English.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office, MS PowerPoint, MS excel.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
